If your public accessible service went down for more than 1 hour then you are eligible for 1 day of account credits, if it went down for 2 hours then you are eligible for 2 days of account credits and so on upto 15 hours of downtime (15 days of account credits).
Calculating your account credits depends on your service base price :
(base price / number of days in that month) * number of eligible days.
for example: if your service base price is 10$ and your service went down for 12 hours in a month with 28 days then the formula is :
(10 / 28) * 12 = 4.28 of account credits for that service.
If your site went down in the same month for extra 5 hours then only 3 days are eligible for account credits (12 + 3 = 15 = upper limit) .
Exceptions of this SLA are planned incidents (maintenance) , ddos attacks we can't handle, global upstream issues and natural disasters.
Credits are not auto added and you have to open ticket within 3 days (after incident) to claim it.
